SMS Messaging Program
Mojo Systems provides operational SMS notifications on behalf of businesses and event organizers that use our platform ("Account Holders").
Who sends these messages
Messages are sent by Account Holders — employers, event organizers, or businesses — who use Mojo Systems to coordinate workers, contractors, or event attendees. Mojo Systems provides the messaging infrastructure on their behalf.
What kinds of messages are sent
Messages are strictly operational and may include shift dispatch notifications, event check-in confirmations, arrival reminders, and similar work-coordination communications. No marketing or promotional content is sent through this program.
How consent is obtained
Consent is captured in two layers:
- Pre-existing relationship. Account Holders attest under our Terms of Service that they have a pre-existing relationship with each contact they add and a lawful basis to communicate with them.
- Double opt-in confirmation. Mojo Systems sends each newly-added contact a single confirmation SMS from our toll-free number. The contact must reply YES to confirm before any further messages are sent. Contacts who reply STOP or NO, or who do not respond within 72 hours, will not receive further messages.
Only contacts who have explicitly confirmed receive ongoing operational notifications.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the Account Holder's operations. Recipients typically receive one message per scheduled shift or event.
Carrier rates
Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Mojo Systems is not responsible for carrier charges.
